Return and Shipping Policy

At Holistic Energy Flow, we are committed to providing exceptional service and clarity regarding our policies. Please take a moment to review the details below:

Damaged Items:

To request a refund or exchange, please email us at Sales@HolisticEnergyFlow.com within 2 days of receiving your item to notify us of the issue. Include a photo of the item and proof of purchase. Damaged items must be returned to us. Upon receipt, we will send a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued.

Seamoss Gel (Perishable) & Supplements (if seals are tampered)

Gift Cards

Sale & Clearance Items

Address Accuracy:

Ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout. Holistic Energy Flow is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at Sales@HolisticEnergyFlow.com. Address changes can only be made prior to shipping. For returned packages (excluding perishables), refunds will be issued minus the shipping cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

All packages are insured for at least $100 (based on the order value). While we do our best to ensure secure delivery, Holistic Energy Flow is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged items once handed off to the carrier. For assistance with claims, please contact your local post office directly.

Priority Shipping:

Please note that USPS Priority shipping applies to the shipping label only and does not guarantee expedited order processing. USPS delivery times (typically 2–3 days) start after your package is shipped.

For urgent orders, please contact us immediately after placing your order. While expedited processing is not guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate your request and ensure a smooth experience.

Order Processing:

Orders typically require 4–7 business days to process after payment is authorized and verified. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Fridays after 12 pm EST or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday or the next business day if Monday is a holiday.

During periods of high order volume, slight delays may occur. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

Business Hours & Communication:

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm EST. While we aim to respond promptly, please note that weekends and holidays may affect our response time.
