To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at Sales@HolisticEnergyFlow.com within 2 days of receiving your item to alert us of the damage, then return the item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged items we will send out a replacement. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full price of the item excluding the shipping cost.

Return and Shipping Policy

To complete your return, we require a photo of the item or proof of purchase.**

Non-Returnable Items:
- Body Soap & Oils
- Seamoss Gel (Perishable) & Supplements (if seals are tampered)
- Gift Cards
- Sale Items & Clearance Items
- Herbal Products/Teas

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Holistic Energy Flow is not responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged products. All orders are insured up to $100.00. For claims, please contact your local post office.

Address Accuracy:
Please double-check your address during checkout. If a package is returned to us (excluding perishables), a refund will be issued minus the shipping cost.

Priority Orders:
USPS Priority orders will be received 2-3 days after they are shipped, not from the order date. For delays caused by USPS, please contact USPS directly for updates.

Order Processing:
After your payment is authorized and verified, it will take up to two business days, excluding holidays, to process your order. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12 pm EST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

High Order Volume:
During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
